An administrator or manager can print transaction details for a payment by doing the following:
- Within the Client Summary Page, verify the correct pet and preventative care plan display.
- Select the PAYMENTS tab.
- Click the Details link to the right of a payment. The line item expands to display details about the associated transaction(s).
- Click the Print link to the right of a transaction to view details in a new tab on the browser.
- Click the Click to Print This Page link in the upper left area and follow any prompts to print the document.
- Close the tab to return to the Client Summary Page.
- Click the Close link on the right to collapse the line item when finished.
