1. In the search box, type a portion of or the entire client ID, client name, pet ID, pet name and/or breed. The matching records display in the Search Results area below.
  2. If the client or pet searching for does not display in the results, click advanced to display additional search options.
  3. Enter one or more of the following criterion to narrow results even further:
  4. Optional: From the Pet Status drop-down list, select All to view all pets regardless of status, Active to view only pets marked active in the PIMS, or Inactive to view only pets marked inactive or deceased in the PIMS.
    1. Optional: From the Plan Status drop-down list, select All to display pets regardless of the associated plan status, In Progress and Configured Renewals to display only pets that have a plan currently in progress and a renewal plan configured, In Progress to display only pets that have a plan currently in progress, Completed to display only pets where the latest plan is finished and no further plan has been activated, Canceled to display only pets where the latest plan has been cancelled and no further plan has been activated, or On Hold to display only pets with a plan currently on hold.
    2. Optional: In the Plan Start Date Range boxes, type a date or select a date from the calendar to view only pets that have a plan starting on or within the specified dates.
    3. Optional: In the Plan End Date Range boxes, type a date or select a date from the calendar to view only pets with a plan ending on or within the specified dates.
    4. Optional Select the Clients with no Pets check box to include clients that do not have active pets in Petly Plans in the search results.
  5. Type a portion of or the entire client ID, client name, pet ID, pet name and/or breed.
  6. Do one of the following:
    1. Click the client name to access the Client Summary Page.
    2. Click the view link to display a pet’s plan information in the Client Summary Page.
    3. Click add plan to add a plan for a pet.
    4. Click the close results link in the upper right area.
