Use this step-by-step guide to help you run a forced synchronization with the installed data application.

Note: Only staff members with the administrator permission level should perform this synchronization.

Use this guide to synchronize new clients recently entered into your hospital's practice management software with Petly Plans.

  1. Go to your hospital's server and log on.
  2. Click Marketplace.
    The icon will be located on the desktop of your hospital's server.

  3. Click the tools icon.
    Located in the bottom right corner.

  4. Click Integration.

  5. Click the 3 dots icon associated with “Daily (interval-based) data sync”.
    Located in the Schedule box.

  6. Click Run Now.

  7. Click Refresh.
    Located in the top right corner of the Schedule box.

  8. Periodically click Refresh.
    Depending on the size of your client base, the sync may take several minutes. Periodically refreshing will allow you to monitor progress of the three phases (New > Running > Completed).

  9. Wait 15 minutes once the Daily (internal-based) data sync has completed.
    This will allow the hospitals data be processed and formatted so Petly Plans can retrieve it.

  10. Log into Petly Plans.
  11. Click quick sync.
    Located at the top left, next to the search bar.

  12. Search for the new client in Petly Plans.
