A hospital in Texas is very successful with their wellness plan program. At launch, they enrolled over 60 patients in plans in just two weeks and have kept up that momentum. 


Their practice manager tells us one of the secrets to their success is tallying the total number of unenrolled "opportunities" at the beginning of each week.


"We add this to a whiteboard in our treatment area and track how many clients have been educated and enrolled throughout the week," she says. "This gives our team an 'at a glance' ability to track their weekly performance. Engaging our team with the metrics like this ensures consistency in enrollment numbers and keeps the entire team on the same page."
