When item usage is updated within the application, there are times when the quantity available for use is exceeded. In this instance, that item is added to the Unaddressed Item Over Usage report.

We recommend an administrator or manager look at this report to verify the usage is allowed. If the item over usage is allowed, mark the item addressed to indicate this. If not, it's important to make the necessary adjustments within the PiMS and Petly Plans application to correct the over usage.

  1. Place the mouse pointer over the Menu and select Reports > Plan Item Data. The Plan Item Data Report page appears./li>
  2. Select the Unaddressed Item Over Usage preset report. A Plan Item Data Report page displays the appropriate items.
  3. Click the Mark as Addressed link to the right of an item to indicate the over usage has been acknowledged. It is removed from the report.
  4. Note: This report includes grouped items as well. If the item used is addressed, the grouped item(s) will also have to be marked addressed on this report.
  5. When finished, click the Generate New Report button to return to the Plan Item Data Report page.
