Some practices find that staff contests are a good way to encourage team members to talk about Petly Plans. Here are a few different types of contests that we’ve seen:

Reward the top staff member who
sells the most plans each week/month

Reward the entire staff with a
team lunch or dinner if the team hits its goal for the month

Reward each team member who hits
their individual goal for the week/month

Some common rewards we’ve heard
about are: money, gift cards, paid time off, pizza party, other food rewards,
break from cleaning for a day/week.
