How to Disable Individual Transaction Email Notifications in Authorize.Net 2025

Overview

If you receive too many transaction receipt emails from Authorize.Net, you can disable notifications for successful transactions.


Important: These steps must be completed for each user account individually.


Why Turn Off Notifications?

  • Reduce unnecessary email clutter.
  • Focus only on critical alerts (e.g., failed transactions).

Steps to Disable Notifications

  1. Log in to your unique Authorize.Net Merchant Interface:
    https://account.authorize.net
  2. Navigate to Account > User Profile.
  3. Click Edit Profile Information.
  4. Uncheck the following notification settings:
    • Transaction Receipt
    • Upload Transaction Receipt
    • Automated Recurring Billing Daily Transaction Summary
  5. Click Save to apply changes.
