Overview
If you receive too many transaction receipt emails from Authorize.Net, you can disable notifications for successful transactions.
Important: These steps must be completed for each user account individually.
Why Turn Off Notifications?
- Reduce unnecessary email clutter.
- Focus only on critical alerts (e.g., failed transactions).
Steps to Disable Notifications
- Log in to your unique Authorize.Net Merchant Interface:
https://account.authorize.net - Navigate to Account > User Profile.
- Click Edit Profile Information.
- Uncheck the following notification settings:
- Transaction Receipt
- Upload Transaction Receipt
- Automated Recurring Billing Daily Transaction Summary
- Click Save to apply changes.
