How to Update Your Bank Account for Petly Plans Deposits

If your hospital needs to update its bank account for Petly Plans deposits, follow the steps below. Deposits are managed by your payment partners (Authorize.Net, eCheck.Net, and your Merchant Service Provider). 

IDEXX does not process these payments; your monthly Petly Plans software fees are invoiced separately.

Before You Begin

• Only authorized users (hospital owner, financial director, or practice manager) can make changes.
• Have your login credentials ready for Authorize.Net.
• For credit card deposits, you may need:
  • Authorized owner’s ID
  • Voided check or bank letter for the new account

Update Bank Account for eCheck (ACH) Deposits

To modify the bank account for eCheck transaction deposits, follow these steps in your Authorize.Net account:

1. Sign in to the Merchant Interface.
2. Click Account from the main toolbar.
3. Select Billing Information from the left menu.
4. Review the bank account information on file. If changes are needed, click Edit.
5. Enter your complete bank account details and click Submit.
6. Click I Authorize.
7. Request and enter your PIN for verification to complete the update.

Update Bank Account for Credit Card Deposits

To modify the bank account for credit card transaction deposits:

• Contact your Merchant Service Provider (MSP) directly.
  Your MSP:
  • Deposits funds into your bank account
  • Maintains your merchant account with Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express
  • Applies discount rates on batch settlements

Examples of MSPs include IDEXX Merchant Services, Fiserv (CardConnect/CardPointe), Elavon, RedStone, WorldPay, Chase, Global Payments, etc. If you use one of these, refer to their specific instructions or forms.
