Edit a client's payment profile to ensure it is up-to-date and to avoid payment collection issues. This should be done prior to processing a payment through the Petly Plans application.

The Potential Payment Issues report is an easy way to view and address future payments that will not process due to an inaccurate payment profile. Run this report before auto-draft to catch issues early.

Actual credit card, debit card, and bank account information is stored within your payment gateway service provider. Petly Plans displays only the last four digits of an account to differentiate between profiles.
