How to create a custom message on an AVImark invoice

This guide explains how to add a custom closing message to every pet owner invoice in AVImark. Use this to promote your wellness plans at the point of billing — the message appears automatically at the bottom of every new invoice created going forward.

Add a custom closing message to AVImark invoices
This setting applies to all new invoices created after saving
Open the settings

Open AVImark settings

Click the Wrench icon to open the AVImark settings panel.

Search for the closing setting

Type Closing in the search window to locate the relevant setting.

Select the Closing Notation setting

Click Closing Notation - Printing from the search results to select it.

Enter and save your message

Change the option value

Click Change and enter your custom message in the Change Option Value field.

Save your changes

Click OK to save. The message will now appear at the bottom of every new invoice.

Example message

"Did your pet receive some services today that could have been covered with our Wellness Care plan? Ask us about what plan is right for your furry family member!"

What happens next

From this point forward, every new invoice created in AVImark will automatically display your custom message at the bottom. Existing invoices are not affected.
