How to print a payment receipt for a client

Use this guide to print a payment receipt for a client when they request documentation of a plan payment made through Petly Plans.

What is included

Petly Plans provides transaction details for any payment collected through the Petly Plans application or marked as paid externally.

Multiple payments

If more than one payment was transacted at the same time, all payments from that transaction will be included together on the receipt.

Locate and print the payment receipt
Must be logged in as an Administrator or Manager
Find the payment

Log into Petly Plans

Log in as an Administrator or Manager.

Search for the client

Search for and select the client for whom you need to print a payment receipt.

Open the Payments tab

Within the Client Summary page, click the Payments tab.

Open payment details

Click Details to the right of the payment for which you need to print a receipt.

Print the receipt

Click Print

Click Print on the payment details screen.

Click to print this page

Click Click to Print This Page and follow any on-screen prompts to print the document.

Close the tab

Close the tab when finished to return to the Client Summary page.

Reminder: If the client's payment was processed alongside other payments at the same time, all related transactions will appear on the same receipt automatically.
