We have observed over the past few months an issue with Global Payments as the core platform processor for credit card payments. This component of the software is not managed by IDEXX, however, your satisfactory experience with the Petly Plans platform and all aspects of managing your wellness plans is our top priority. A thorough review of a variety of credit care payment vendors has been conducted and we are excited to announce a partnership with Zift.
