This article explains how to access the Authorize.Net Support Center to find help articles, start a live chat, submit a support case, or contact Authorize.Net Client Services.

Accessing the Authorize.Net Support Center

Step 1: Go to the Support Center Website

Open a web browser and navigate to:
Authorize.Net Support Center

The Support Center provides:

  • Knowledge base articles
  • Common how‑to guides
  • Access to chat and support cases (sign‑in required)

Step 2: Sign In

To access full support options, sign in using your existing credentials:

  • Merchant Interface credentials (most practices), or
  • Partner Interface credentials (if applicable)

Signing in allows you to:

  • View additional help content
  • Start an online chat
  • Submit and track support cases

If you do not remember your login details, use the password reset option on the sign‑in page.


Contacting Authorize.Net Support

Authorize.Net Client Services is available 24/7 (excluding major holidays). You can contact support using any of the methods below.

Option 1: Online Chat

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Interface or Partner Interface
  2. Select Start Chat (located at the bottom right of the screen)


Option 2: Submit a Support Case

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Interface or Partner Interface
  2. Navigate to Support Cases
  3. Select General Support Request
  4. Complete and submit the form

Important Notes

  • Existing account holders should always use the Support Center rather than the general “Contact Us” form for faster assistance.
  • You must be signed in to start a chat or submit a support case.
  • Authorize.Net does not suspend accounts; account‑related changes must be handled through Client Services.
