Change the multi-pet discount

The practice can discount the initial enrollment fee that is applied the first time a pet signs up for a plan. This is generally used when a client signs up more than one pet for the preventive care program.


  1. Select menu > Admin > Portal Settings.
  2. Click the Fees tab.
  3. In the Multi Pet Discount field, type the dollar amount to subtract from the enrollment fee, if checked, when adding a plan.

Note: Leave this field blank if staff will be allowed to type a dollar amount to subtract from the initial fee for clients with multiple pets signing up for the program.
