An administrator or manager can view pre-designed preventative care plans report by doing the following:
  1. Place the mouse pointer over the Menu and select Reports > Wellness Plans. The main Wellness Plans Report page appears.
  2. Click a preset report link. If this is a general preset report, a page displays the appropriate information. If this preset report is for a specific month and year, a pop-up box appears with the current month and year selected. Do the following:
    1. From the Month & Year lists select a different month and year to view if needed.
    2. Click the Generate Report button. A report displays the appropriate information.
  3. When finished, click the Generate New Report button to return to the main Wellness Plans Report page.

 

Preset Wellness Plan Reports:

Plans with Monthly Payments

View plans within a selected month or term with a monthly payment.

Active Plans Paid in Full

View plans in progress or on hold that have a paid in full payment configuration.

Cancelled Plans with Monthly Payments

View cancelled plans set to automatically withdraw a monthly payment in a selected month.

Plans without a Selected Payment Profile

View plans in progress and renewal plans without a selected payment method for collecting fees through the payment gateway.

Active Plans

View all plans currently in progress or on hold.

Active Plans not Renewing

View plans in progress or on hold that are set to not renew at the end of the current term.

New Plans by Month

View initial plans added in a selected month.

Cancelled Plans by Month

View all plans that have been canceled within a selected month.

Plans on Hold

View all plans currently on hold.

Active Plans with Added Items

View all plans currently in progress or on hold that include items added in addition to base items.

Active Plans with Multi-Pet Discount

View plans in progress or on hold with an associated multi-pet discount.

Active Plans with Initial Fee Waived

View plans in progress or on hold with the initial membership fee waived.

Active Plans for Deceased Pets

View plans in progress or on hold associated with a pet marked deceased.

Plan Renewal Status by Month

View the renewal status of plans ending in the selected month.
