Create a wellness plans report using filters

If a preset report doesn't fit your needs, you can create a wellness plans report using the advanced filters


  1. Place the mouse pointer over the Menu and select Reports > Wellness Plans. The main Wellness Plans Report page appears.
  2. Click the Build Custom Report button to display the Advanced Filters page.
  3. Narrow the report by entering one or more of the following criteria:
    1. Select one or more Wellness Plan Status checkbox to view plans assigned the selected status(s). Leave the checkboxes unchecked to view plans with any status.
    2. Select one or more Cancel Reason checkbox to view plans that were canceled for a selected reason(s).
    3. Select one or more On Hold Reason checkbox to view plans that were placed on hold for the selected reason(s).
    4. Click the Plan Type(s) selection field and choose a category(s) of plans to view. Continue selecting each type of plan for which to search. To remove a plan type, click the X to the right of the name.
    5. Select a Wellness Plan Renew Status checkbox to view plans set to renew or not renew. Leave the checkboxes unchecked to view plans with any renewal status.
    6. Select one or more Pet Status checkbox to view plans associated with pets assigned that status. Leave the checkboxes unchecked to view plans with any pet status.
    7. Select an Added Items option to view plans that include items added in addition to base items, plans without added items or either.
    8. Select a Payment Profile option to view plans assigned a payment method, those that are not or either.
    9. Select an Initial Plans or Renewal Plans option to view initial plans, renewal plans or either.
    10. Select a Plan Payments Configuration option to view plans paid in full, plans with monthly payments or either.
    11. In the Plan Start Date area, choose a Month & Year to view only plans with a start date in the selected month and year or enter a Date Range to view only plans with a start date on or within the specified set of dates.
    12. In the Plan End Date area, choose a Month & Year to view only plans with an end date in the selected month and year or enter a Date Range to view only plans with an end date on or within the specified set of dates.
    13. In the Plan Cancel Date area, choose a Month & Year to view only plans canceled in the selected month and year or enter a Date Range to view only plans canceled on or within the specified set of dates.
    14. In the Plans within Term area, choose a Month & Year to view plans that have a start date before and an end date after the selected month.
    15. Within the Miscellaneous area, select the Waive Initial Fee checkbox to view plans that have the initial membership fee waived and/or select the Multi-Pet Discount checkbox to view plans that have a discount applied for clients with multiple pets signed up for the program.
  4. In the Columns to include area, select each column to display on the report.
  5. Note: Use the back to wellness plans report presets link to exit.
  6. Click the Generate Report button to display information based on the criteria entered.
  7. When finished, click the Generate New Report button to return to the main Wellness Plans Report page.
