Removing Previous Discounts

Before using Petly Plans' automatic discounting, any previously attached 100% wellness plan discounts in Cornerstone must be removed. Leaving old discounts in place can cause double-discounting or invoicing errors when the integration applies its own automatic discounts.

When is this needed? This step is required for practices that previously used manual 100% discounts in Cornerstone to zero out wellness plan items — before switching to Petly Plans' built-in automatic discounting in Cornerstone 8.6 NEXT.
