Can result from one of the following scenarios:

  • Entire batch with Settlement Error: All transactions in the batch show this status, which may indicate the batch initially failed. If the batch was not reset within 30 days, further action cannot be taken. Contact your Merchant Service Provider (MSP) if funding is missing.
  • Partial batch with Settlement Error: One or more (but not all) transactions show this status. This may indicate a configuration issue where the processor authorized but rejected transactions at settlement. Ask your MSP to investigate with the processor.
  • ARB Transaction with Settlement Error: An Automated Recurring Billing (ARB) transaction receives this status if the trial amount is set to $0.00.
TimeoutYellowThe transaction timed out during processing.
Timeout - ReversedYellowThe transaction timed out and was subsequently reversed.
Order IncompleteYellowPartial authorization related. Applies to transactions that are part of an order where only part of the total amount has been authorized.
