The Petly Plans and Vello integration is here! Your wellness plan members can now see their plan details right in the Vello app.

No more "What's included in my plan?" calls. No more guessing whether Piper's already had her bloodwork this year. Pet owners can see exactly what they're paying for and what's still available to use. That means more engaged clients, more booked visits and more pets getting the preventive care they need.

Once your practice is connected, pet owners get their own Wellness Plan section in Vello showing:

• Plan Type: The plan their pet is enrolled in.
• Monthly Payment Amount: Exactly what they pay each month.
• Wellness Plan Start Date: When their plan began.
• Available Items: Everything included in their plan.
• Used Items: What they've already used.

1. A plan item is invoiced in your PIMS.
2. The usage syncs into Petly Plans.
