A parent plan is the very first plan added for a pet. An administrator or manager can view this plan by doing the following:
1. Place the mouse pointer over the Menu and select Reports > Wellness Plans. The main Wellness Plans Report page appears.
2. Click the Build Custom Report button to display the Advanced Filters page.
3. Enter the filters needed to narrow the report.
4. Verify the Parent Plan checkbox is selected in the Columns to include area.
5. Click the Generate Report button to display information based on the criteria entered.
6. Click the Parent Plan link to view the initial plan for the pet. The Client Summary Page displays the plan in a new tab on the browser.
7. Close the tab to return to the wellness plans report.
