An administrator or manager can view a transaction's details from within a transactions report. This information includes the client, transaction information, information for the payment method used with the transaction and each payment associated with the transaction.


  1. When viewing a transactions report, click the View link to the far right of a transaction. The Transaction Details page opens in a new tab on the browser.
  2. Optional: Click the Print Details link in the upper right area to display the transaction details in a print-friendly version in a separate tab on the browser.
  3. Optional: Click the View Plan link to the far right of an associated payment to view the appropriate Client Summary Page in a new tab on the browser. Close the tab to return to the Transaction Details page.
  4. Close the tab to return to the transactions report.
