See payment details for a transaction

An administrator or manager can view a payment(s) associated with a transaction within a transactions report and view a plan associated with one of those payments as well.


  1. When viewing a transactions report, click the Details link to the far right. The line item expands to display associated payments and payment profile for the transaction.
  2. Optional: Click the View Plan link to the far right of a payment to view the associated Client Summary Page in a new tab on the browser. Select the Payments tab to view payments. Close the tab to return to the report.
  3. Click the Close link to collapse the details area.
