I want to find all plans that had a specific task performed such as a plan cancellation. Where do I find this information?

An administrator or manager can use the Activity Report.

1. Place the mouse pointer over the Menu.
2. Select Reports > Activity Report.
3. Click Build Custom Report.
4. Enter the needed criteria to find any actions performed for a particular plan, pet, or client, within a specific date range, by a particular user or for a specific task.
