The Item Usage Summary report offers administrators a quick glance at item usage. It is broken into item usage by usage date and item usage on completed and canceled plans within the current and previous period. This excludes unlimited items. Information includes the number of items and the total dollar amount within the usage date and dollar amount for used, unused, and overused items and a total dollar amount for all items. It is also possible to enter an ending date range to view item usage within the selected time.


  1. Place the mouse pointer over the Menu and select Reports > Usage Summary Report.
  2. In either Plans Ending area, type a starting date in the first field and an ending date in the second field or select a date from the calendar.
  3. Click go to view usage for plans with an end date on or within the specified set of dates.
