The following are preset reports available in the Petly Plans application.
Reports can be accessed through the Menu icon in the top left area of a page. Place the mouse pointer over the Report menu option and select a category of reports to display. They are divided into basic reports and summary report and arranged in alphabetical order within each section.
Track action that takes place within the application including login and logout information, activities involving wellness plans and administrative actions. Also find any actions performed for a particular plan, pet, or client, within a specific date range, by a particular user, or for a specific task.
Credit Card Expiration Report
|Expired Credit Cards||View all credit cards and debit cards that have already expired. This includes those not selected as a payment method.|
|Expiring in One Month||View credit cards and debit cards expiring in the next thirty days.|
|Expiring in Two Months||View credit cards and debit cards expiring in the next sixty days.|
|Automatic Monthly Payment Withdrawals||View unpaid monthly fees set to be automatically charged in the selected month for plans in progress, paying as scheduled or completed, and renewal plans.|
|Unsuccessful Payment Collection||View payments where the most recent transaction was marked declined, returned, is held for review or had an error in a selected month.|
|Outstanding Payments||View unpaid payments that are overdue as of today’s date.|
|Unpaid Payments not set to Auto Charge||View unpaid payments due in a selected month that do not have the Auto Charge option selected for automatic fee withdrawal.|
|Future Payments Marked Paid||View payments with an upcoming due date that have already been marked paid.|
|Supplemental Payments||View supplemental payments due in a selected month.|
Plan Item Data Report
|Addressed Item Over Usage||View items acknowledged by management as having the quantity used on a plan exceeding the quantity allowed.|
|Unaddressed Item Over Usage||View items not yet acknowledged by management as having the quantity used on a plan exceeding the quantity allowed.|
|Unused Items for Active Plans||View limited-quantity items that are underused on plans currently in progress or on hold in a selected year.|
|Unused Items for Completed Plans||View limited-quantity items that were underused on plans completed in a selected year.|
Plan Item Usage History Report
|Item Usage by Year||View all items used in a selected year.|
|Item Usage by Month||View all items used in a selected month.|
|Grouped Item Usage by Month||View each group item automatically marked used because a different item associated with the group was used in a selected month.|
|Unaddressed and Unmatched Item Usage||View used items that were not matched to a plan and not addressed.|
View information on specific actions performed as part of the Performance tracking feature.
|Automatic Monthly Transactions||View transactions that were automatically processed in a selected month.|
|Transactions by Day||View transactions that were manually or automatically processed on a selected day.|
|Transactions by Month||View transactions that were manually or automatically processed in a selected month.|
|Unsuccessful Transactions||View transactions that failed because they were marked declined, returned, held for review, or had an error in a selected month.|
Wellness Plans Report
|Plans with Monthly Payments||View plans within a selected month or term with a monthly payment.|
|Active Plans Paid in Full||View plans in progress or on hold that have a paid in full payment configuration.|
|Cancelled Plans with Monthly Payments||View cancelled plans set to automatically withdraw a monthly payment in a selected month.|
|Plans without a Selected Payment Profile||View plans in progress and renewal plans without a selected payment method for collecting fees through the payment gateway.|
|Active Plans||View all plans currently in progress or on hold.|
|Active Plans not Renewing||View plans in progress or on hold that are set to not renew at the end of the current term.|
|New Plans by Month||View initial plans added in a selected month.|
|Cancelled Plans by Month||View all plans that have been canceled within a selected month.|
|Plans on Hold||View all plans currently on hold.|
|Active Plans with Added Items||View all plans currently in progress or on hold that include items added in addition to base items.|
|Active Plans with Multi-Pet Discount||View plans in progress or on hold with an associated multi-pet discount.|
|Active Plans with Initial Fee Waived||View plans in progress or on hold with the initial membership fee waived.|
|Active Plans for Deceased Pets||View plans in progress or on hold associated with a pet marked deceased.|
|Plan Renewal Status by Month||View the renewal status of plans ending in the selected month.|
Transaction Settlement Statement
This report displays a summary of settled and rejected transactions in a selected date range, with the default being the current month. This is followed by a breakdown of transactions based on transaction status. Below this is a listing of transactions based on settlement date and transaction status for each payment method.
View charges for new plans and charges for the total number of plans considered active during a selected time.
Plans by Type Report
View the total number of templates with active wellness plans and the total number of plans that are on hold or currently in progress. An administrator can access the plans associated with a template using the List Wellness Plans link to the right.
Potential Payment Issues Report
View any wellness plans with a monthly configuration that will not have a payment collected in the future because of an issue. This includes plans with payments manually marked paid, payments without an associated payment profile, payments not set to automatically charge in the selected month, plans on hold, plans caught in the change plan process, plans with expired cards, plans associated with payment profiles in which the account had been closed or flagged as needed attention, plans with a client ID that does not match the client ID listed within the payment profile, etc.
Usage Summary Report
The Item Usage Summary report offers administrators a quick glance at item usage. It is broken into item usage by usage date and item usage on completed and canceled plans within the current and previous period. Information includes the number of items and the total dollar amount within the usage date and dollar amount for used, unused, and overused items and a total dollar amount for all items. It is also possible to enter an ending date range to view item usage within the selected time.
