The Credit Card Expiration Report page has links to several preset reports and an option to build a report. The preset reports are used to quickly display credit cards and debit cards that are expired or may be expiring and include:

  • Expired Credit Cards: View all credit cards and debit cards that have already expired. This includes those not selected as a payment method.
  • Expiring in One Month: View credit cards and debit cards expiring in the next thirty days.
  • Expiring in Two Months: View credit cards and debit cards expiring in the next sixty days.

It is also possible to create a report using the Build Custom Report button. When selected, an Advanced Filters page displays various options that can be used to narrow the report to information that meets specific criteria. As soon as the report is generated, the application searches the database for any records that match and displays them on the report.
