Create a credit card expiration report using filters

1. Place the mouse pointer over the Menu and select Reports > Credit Card Expirations

2. Click Build Custom Report.

3. If needed, narrow the report by selecting one or more of the following criteria:

a. Select 1 Month to view credit cards and debit cards expiring in the next thirty days.

b. Select 2 Month to view credit cards and debit cards expiring in the next sixty days.

c. Select 3 Month to view credit cards and debit cards expiring in the next ninety days.

d. Select 4 Month to view credit cards and debit cards expiring in the next one hundred twenty days.

e. Select Already Expired to view credit cards and debit cards that have already expired.

4. In the Columns to include area, select each column to display on the report.

Note: Use the back to credit card expirations report presets link to exit.

5. Click Generate Report.

6. When finished, click Generate New Report to return to the Credit Card Expiration Report page.
