The Transaction Settlement Statement displays a summary of the final status of settled and rejected transactions in a selected date range, with the default being the current month.  This is followed by a breakdown of transactions based on transaction status. Below this is a listing of transactions based on settlement date and transaction status for each payment method. Simply click a tab to view transactions associated with a credit or debit card, transactions associated with a bank account or transactions processed externally.

To access the Transaction Settlement Statement

1. Place the mouse pointer over the Menu and select Reports > Transaction Settlement. The Transaction Settlement Statement page appears.

2. From the month list, select the month for which to view transactions.

3. From the year list, select the year for which to view transactions.

4. Click the Generate Report button. The application displays information based on the selected month below.
