An administrator or manager can view plan information and associated transaction(s) for a payment within a payments report.

  1. When viewing a payment report, click the Details link to the far right. The line item expands to display the plan(s) and transaction(s) associated with the payment.
  2. If needed, click the View Plan link to the right of a plan to display the associated Client Summary Page in a new tab on the browser. Close the tab to return to the report.
  3. Click the Close link to collapse the details area.
  4. When finished, click the Generate New Report button to return to the main Payments Report page.
