When viewing a pre-designed payments report, an administrator or manager can change the filters to view different information on the report.


  1. When viewing a Payments preset report, click the Edit Report Filters button. The Advanced Filters page appears with the preset report filters selected.
    1. Note: The original preset report will display below the advanced filters.

  2. Add or remove advanced filters to adjust the information to display on the report.
  3. Click the Generate Report button. The report displays the updated information.
  4. Click the Generate New Report button to return to the main Payments Report page.
