View specific wellness plans by type

Use the Wellness Plans by Type page to view the number of active plan types and the total number of plans currently on hold or in progress. The report displays the name and abbreviation of each preventative care plan template along with the number of plans on hold or in progress for that type. An administrator can access the plans associated with a template using the List Wellness Plans link to the right of the template.

1. Place the mouse pointer over the Menu and select Reports > Plans by Type. The Wellness Plans by Type page appears.
2. Click the List Wellness Plans link to the right of the plan type. A Wellness Plans Report page displays a record for each plan associated with the selected type.
3. To display a plan, click the View Plan link to the right of the client. The Client Summary Page displays the selected plan in a separate tab on the browser. Close the tab to return to the report.
4. When finished, click the return to reports – plans by type link to return to the Wellness Plans by Type page.
