If I inactivate an item within the PIMS, what must I do in the Petly Plans application?

If an item is inactivated within the PIMS, it must be deactivated within the Petly Plans application to remove it from all associated preventative care plan templates. (Menu > Admin > Wellness Plan Items > Click the Deactivate link to the right of the item).


If the item is in current use on existing preventative care plans, it will remain on that plan until an administrator deletes it within the Client Summary Page’s Items tab.
