1. Inactivate or delete the item within the practice management software (PIMS) if necessary.
  2. Within Petly Plans, go to Admin > Wellness Plan Items to display the Wellness Plan Items page.
  3. Click the Deactivate link to the right of an item. A confirmation dialog box appears.
  4. Click Confirm. The item is removed from all wellness templates and is moved to the Deactivated Items list.

Note: This action does not affect existing plans that have the item already listed. The item must be manually deleted from these plans within the Items tab of the Client Summary Page. If an item is reactivated in the PIMS; it must also be reactivated within the IDEXX Petly Plans application and added to templates for future use.
