1. Place the mouse pointer over the Menu and select Admin > Wellness Plan Items to display the Wellness Plan Items page.
  2. Click the View Deactivated Items button. A list shows wellness plan items deactivated within the application.
  3. Note: Use the View Active Items button to return to the Wellness Plan Items page.
  4. Click the Activate link to the right of the item. A confirmation dialog box appears.
  5. Click the Confirm button to reactivate the item and return to the main Wellness Plan Items page.
  • If the item is reactivated in the IDEXX Petly Plans application, it must be active within the PiMS for invoicing purposes.
  • The item must be added to applicable templates before it is available for use.
