How do I find out when a task, such as an item deletion or item usage, was performed for a plan?

An activity log is available to administrators for each plan.


Within the Client Summary Page verify the correct pet and plan display and select the Activity Log tab. Tasks related to the plan display in the area below. Click one of the tabs located in the right area of the tab to narrow the information to display specific information including all plan actions, only payments, only item usage, only plan actions or only points.
