The ACTIVITY LOG tab tracks actions for a plan such as when it was added, when an item was manually marked used, any plan administration activities or payment updates.


As an administrator, you can narrow the information by selecting a tab to display all plan actions, only payments, only item usage, only plan actions or only points. The activity log does not track information when managing payment profiles such as adding a new one or editing or deleting an existing payment method.


  1. Within the Client Summary Page, verify the correct pet and wellness plan display.
  2. Click the ACTIVITY LOG tab to display any action taken regarding the selected plan.
  3. If needed, click one of the tabs located in the right area of the tab to narrow the information to display specific information including all plan actions, only payments, only item usage, only plan actions or only points.
