Print a healthcare agreement

One or more healthcare agreements can be associated with a specific plan. To view an unsigned copy of a healthcare agreement do the following:

1. Within the Client Summary Page, verify the correct pet and Petly Plan display.
2. Click the HEALTHCARE AGREEMENT link on the left of the Plan Administration menu. 
   1. If there is only one healthcare agreement for the plan, it will display in a separate tab on the browser. Continue to step 4.
   2. If there is more than one healthcare agreement,a Healthcare Agreements dialog box appears. Continue to step 3.
3. Click the View link to the far right of the agreement to view. The contract displays in a separate tab on the browser.
4. If needed, print the agreement and close the tab to return to the Client Summary Page.
5. Click the Close button to exit the Healthcare Agreements dialog box.
