            Print a healthcare agreement

            One or more healthcare agreements can be associated with a specific plan. Use this guide to view and print an unsigned copy of a healthcare agreement from the Client Summary Page.

            Steps
            A
            Open the healthcare agreement
            Locate the correct plan and access the agreement

            Verify the correct pet and plan

            Within the Client Summary Page, confirm the correct pet and Petly Plan are displayed.

            Click HEALTHCARE AGREEMENT

            Click the HEALTHCARE AGREEMENT link on the left side of the Plan Administration menu.

            One agreement on the plan

            The agreement opens directly in a separate browser tab. Proceed to Step 4.

            More than one agreement

            A Healthcare Agreements dialog box appears listing all agreements. Proceed to Step 3.

            Select the agreement to view

            In the Healthcare Agreements dialog box, click the View link to the far right of the agreement you want to open. The contract displays in a separate browser tab.

            Print and close
            Print the agreement and return to the Client Summary Page

            Print if needed and close the tab

            If a printed copy is needed, print the agreement from the browser tab. Then close the tab to return to the Client Summary Page.

            Click Close

            If the Healthcare Agreements dialog box is open, click Close to exit it and return to the Client Summary Page.
