Administrators can permanently remove an item from a plan.
One reason this may be necessary is if an item NOT already on the plan will be replacing a plan item. With this scenario, we do recommend adding a NOTE to make sure staff are aware of the change.
To delete an item:
- Within the Client Summary Page, verify the correct pet and wellness plan display.
- Select the ITEMS tab.
- Click delete to the right of the item. (See attached image)
- Click Confirm.
