Administrators can permanently remove an item from a plan.

One reason this may be necessary is if an item NOT already on the plan will be replacing a plan item. With this scenario, we do recommend adding a NOTE to make sure staff are aware of the change.

To delete an item:
  1. Within the Client Summary Page, verify the correct pet and wellness plan display.
  2. Select the ITEMS tab.
  3. Click delete to the right of the item. (See attached image)
  4. Click Confirm.
