Each practice is provided with a unique URL to access their IDEXX Petly Plans application. Users are set up with individual login credentials by practice administration to access the portal.

Steps to log in

Your unique portal URL is provided by your practice administrator

Enter your practice's portal URL

Type your practice's unique IDEXX Petly Plans portal URL into the address bar of your browser. Use the latest version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best experience.

Note:Internet Explorer is not supported. Using it may result in errors or an inability to access the application.

Enter your username

In the Username field, type your unique username for accessing the application.

Enter your password

In the Password field, type your login password.

Click Login

Click the Login button to access the Dashboard.

Don't have login credentials? Contact your practice administrator to have an account set up for you with the appropriate permission level.
