Usage group overview
Usage groups categorize like wellness plan items so that when one item in the group is used, the remaining items in the group are automatically marked as used. This prevents a pet from receiving more than one type of service from the same group on a single plan.
A plan may include both dental radiographs and regular radiographs — but the pet should only receive one type. Both items are added to the template and assigned to the same usage group. When staff invoices one type of radiograph and synchronization occurs, the other is automatically marked used as part of the group.
Item Groups page
Displays each usage group's title and the number of items associated with it. Administrators can add, edit, or delete groups from this page.
Edit Usage Group page
Used to add a new usage group or edit an existing one. If items are already associated with the group, they are listed below the group title on this page.
