- To remove an item from a usage group, place the mouse pointer over the menu.
- Select Admin > Wellness Plan Items.
- Click the Edit link to the right of the item to remove from the group.
- From the Usage Group list, select none.
- Click Save. The item is removed from the group throughout the application.
