Healthcare Agreement Name Customization

Within Petly Plans, use the name of your practice's preventive care program on your Healthcare Agreements in place of 'Petly Plans'.

To update the name displayed on future Healthcare Agreements:

1. Log into Petly Plans as an administrator.
2. From the menu, go to Admin > Portal Settings.
3. Click the HCA tab.
4. In the HCA Name field, type the name of your preventive care plan program.
5. Click Save. 

 The next time your staff creates a new Healthcare Agreement through the Add Plan, Change Plan or Configure Renewal Plan process, your program name will display anywhere 'Petly Plans' previously appeared.
