Set up a new staff member that will have access to the Petly Plans application.

Things to Know
- The user name must be unique. If the one entered exists, a message will say the name has been taken.
- Password requirements:
- Cannot include the user name.
- Must be 8 or more characters.
- Must include both upper case and lower-case letters.
- Must have a minimum of 1 number.
- If attaching an image to a user account:
- Limitations include:
- File size: Max 500 KB
- Height and Width: Max 1000 x 1000
- File Type Allowed: JPG, PNG, GIF
- Petly Plans will crop the center of the image and resize it as needed.

Steps
- Log into Petly Plans as an Administrator.
- Place the mouse pointer over the menu icon and go to Admin > Users.
- In the Username field, type a unique name this staff member will use to log into the Petly Plans application.
- In the Display Name field, type the name to display within the application once this staff member is logged in.
- Optional: In the Email field, type a unique email address to associate with this user.
- From the Display Tooltips drop-down list, select Yes to display tooltips throughout the Petly Plans application for this user or No to hide tooltips.
- From the Role drop-down list, select the security access level associated with this user. Options include:
- Admin - has full security access to all areas of the application.
- Manger – has access to most areas of the application including key reports.
- Staff – has minimum security access to certain areas of the application.
- Optional: In the User Image field, click Browse and follow the prompts to search for and select an image to display for this user.
- In the Password field, type the password this staff member will use to log into the Petly Plans application.
- In the Repeat Password field, type the same password entered in the Password field.
- Click Save.
