Lock a Petly Plans User Account

Summary

Deny a user access to the Petly Plans application by locking the account.

When

• Any time an active Petly Plans user should be denied access to the Petly Plans application.

Permission Level

Administrator

Things to Know

• When a user account is locked, a message will appear indicating the account is locked when the user attempts to enter login credentials.

Steps

1. Log into Petly Plans as an Administrator.
2. Place the mouse pointer over the menu icon and go to Admin > Users.
3. Find the user account to lock.
4. Click Lock.
