Ensure email addresses are up-to-date for those to alert about Petly Plans issues and updates.
- You are no longer receiving Petly Plans emails and they are not visible in the Inbox or Spam folder.
- Staff changeover.
Things to Know
- Petly Plans has numerous emails sent to designated email addresses with important information about the product.
- Email alert receivers of such things as:
- Payment collection issue
- Item usage discrepancies
- Issues with payment profiles (Authorize.Net® Account Updater users only)
- Payments processed for plans set to pay in full on the plan start date.
- Log into Petly Plans as an administrator.
- From the menu, go to Admin > Portal Settings.
- Click the Email tab.
- In the Admin Emails field, type the email address for each to receive Petly Plans notifications; placing a comma between each one.
- Click Save.
