An administrator orĀ  manager can access pre-designed reports to quickly view information about preventative care items.


  1. Place the mouse pointer over the Menu and select Reports > Plan Item Data. The main Plan Item Data Report page appears.
  2. Click the preset report link. If the plan requires a year be entered, a pop-up window will appear. Select a year from the Year list. Click the Generate Report button to display the items.
  3. When finished, click the Generate New Report button to return to the main Plan Item Data Report page.


Plan Item Data Preset Reports:

Addressed Item Over Usage

View items acknowledged by management as having the quantity used on a plan exceeding the quantity allowed.

Unaddressed Item Over Usage

View items not yet acknowledged by management as having the quantity used on a plan exceeding the quantity allowed.

Unused Items for Active Plans

View limited-quantity items that are underused on plans currently in progress or on hold in a selected year.

Unused Items for Completed Plans

View limited-quantity items that were underused on plans completed in a selected year.
