An administrator or manager can access pre-designed reports to quickly view information about preventative care items.
- Place the mouse pointer over the Menu and select Reports > Plan Item Data. The main Plan Item Data Report page appears.
- Click the preset report link. If the plan requires a year be entered, a pop-up window will appear. Select a year from the Year list. Click the Generate Report button to display the items.
- When finished, click the Generate New Report button to return to the main Plan Item Data Report page.
Plan Item Data Preset Reports:
Addressed Item Over Usage |
View items acknowledged by management as having the quantity used on a plan exceeding the quantity allowed. |
Unaddressed Item Over Usage |
View items not yet acknowledged by management as having the quantity used on a plan exceeding the quantity allowed. |
Unused Items for Active Plans |
View limited-quantity items that are underused on plans currently in progress or on hold in a selected year. |
Unused Items for Completed Plans |
View limited-quantity items that were underused on plans completed in a selected year. |
