I am no longer receiving email notifications about item usage. Why is that?

Verify the email is listed within the Petly Plans application by logging in as an administrator, placing the mouse pointer over the Menu and selecting Admin > Portal Settings > Email tab.

 

If the email address is listed in the Admin Emails field, check your Spam folder if the notifications are no longer displaying in your Inbox. An email address that continually sends information to your account may be considered unsolicited mail. In this instance, add the Petly Plans application email address to your Contacts to indicate it is accepted.
