If a search of the knowledge base does not answer your question or you are experiencing an issue with the Petly Plans application, contact the support team using one of the options below. A representative will respond within 2 business days, Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding federal holidays.

Call our support line and leave a detailed message. A representative will return your call at their earliest opportunity.

Response time: A representative will respond to email requests within 2 business days. Phone messages will be returned at the earliest opportunity.
