Search for an answer on the HelpDesk

The Petly Plans Help Desk has a knowledge base containing answers to various questions that may arise about the Petly Plans Wellness Program.

1. Within the PetlyPlans software application, place the mouse pointer over the user name in the upper right area of the page.
2. From the list of menu options, select Helpdesk. The Petly Plans Help Desk opens in a different tab on the browser.
3. In the How can we help you today? search field, type a key word or phrase. As you type, the Help Desk displays possible solutions that match the text entered.
4. Click the appropriate hyperlink to view the selected answer.
