I am trying to enroll a new patient but when I search the Petly Plans application for the client or patient, they do not display.

The Petly Plans application synchronizes with the PiMS nightly. If the client and/or patient were added, reactivated or reinstated in the PiMS after this sync, they will not appear in the app until the following night’s sync.


Click the Quick Sync icon once in the application to update the database. The new data will appear within 7 minutes. When this sync is complete, perform a new search.


If the client and/or pet still do not appear, have an administrator perform a full sync of the application by placing the mouse pointer over the Menu and selecting Admin > Syncs & Automation, clicking the Sync Clients link to update client information and then clicking the Sync Pets link to update pet information. Perform another search.
